Pyramid Pets Slots
If you're a regular slot player, you've probably played a cute, cartoonish style pet themed game once or twice. You've also likely played multiple ancient Egyptian themed slot games. What if I told you I know of a game that combines both themes masterfully? Well, Pyramid Pets slot is that game. The Egyptians were known for their worship of cats, but what if they worshipped many other animals? Pyramid Pets would be the result of that, I'd think! This game features vibrant graphics and ethereal artwork that's simply to die for. This game is a new slot from the reputable and inventive provider RealTime Gaming, which seems to be constantly pushing the boundaries of what to expect from a slot. This game is played on five reels and three rows, and features 20 total lines. The betting range is best for the average gambler rather than the high roller. The minimum bet is $0.20 per spin and the maximum bet is $10 per round, so compared to some slot games, you can't bet as much per spin. However, $10 per spin can certainly add up fast, so there is a chance to bet big if you prefer. To land wins, you hand to trigger identical matching symbols consecutively on an active pay line, starting from the leftmost side to the right side. Line wins are multiplied by the bet per line and the maximum win per paid symbol is 50,000x times the bet per line!
The wild symbol is easily identifiable as it's literally a pink and gold symbol that just reads wild directly on it. The scatter symbol is a pyramid symbol with a glowing neon paw print. The wild symbol will operate as a substitute for other games, while the glowing paw print symbol helps to trigger the free games, which I'll get into in more detail later in the review. The top paying regular symbol is the cute purple kitty. Its big adoring eyes will be enough to please you upon first glance, but what's even better is five of these kittens will pay you 2500 credits. After all, cats are sacred in Egypt! The second highest paying symbol on this game grid is the green puppy, which pays out 1000 coins for a match of five. The third highest is the adorable orange puppy which pays out 500 coins for five and the fourth highest paying symbol is the blue bird symbol. I loved the animations of these symbols, in a way they seem to be cartoonish and almost Lisa Frank inspired but with an Egyptian twist. The low paying symbols are the plain stone symbols that depict different actual Egyptian symbols. For example the blue eye pays out 100 for a match of five, while the scarab pays out 75 credits and the ankh pays out 50 credits.
The cascading wins feature is activated each time you land a winning combination. After all winning combinations are paid out, every symbol that contributed to the win will vanish from the game board and the symbols from the top will slide down and take their place. This will continue until no new winning combinations occur from the cascade. When three scatter symbols appear on an active pay line from the left to the right, the player is awarded 10 free games. This feature can be retriggered too. So if you land three more scatters during your free spin rounds, you can add on another 10 free games. The last feature I'm going to discuss is the Pharaoh Multiplier Feature. This feature is active during all spins and increases with every cascade. This multiplier will continue to increase until no winning combinations occur.
